In the Whispering Winds School of Witchcraft, we journey with the seasons through my creation called ‘The Witches Wheel’ which is a journey through these 8 pagan sabbats over 13 months. I have created a methodology that returns us to the ancient 13 month year and allows us to weave our spirit with our humanity through a yearly initiation. This initiation is also known as a year and a day journey for a woman answering the call of the witch. Use these guided shamanic journeys to sink deeper into the magic of each sabbat season.

I developed ‘The Witches Wheel’ from the Wheel of the Year. I absolutely love the Wheel of the Year, but was craving something deeper and so I spiritualized the seasons and created this methodology that allows each season to initiate us into a deeper level of inner knowing. The wheel is comprised of 8 Pagan sabbats that celebrate different portals and seasons of transformation that occur within nature throughout a year. These sabbats are not only a representation of the shifts occurring within nature but they are also a reflection of the shifts occurring within ourselves as we are made of nature too.

The 8 sabbats are thresholds that are evenly placed throughout the year, representing times of deep transformation. Each sabbat has a stationary date attached to it, but they actually represent an entire 6 week season. There are 2 sabbats within each traditional season of Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. The 8 sabbats are referred to as spokes within a wheel that is everlastingly turning and offering us opportunities to expand.
